Jorie Close

In the sale of my home at 655 E Beaumont , Columbus OH and then the purchasing of my new condo home Jorie was there every step of the way. Her expertise was invaluable. She was very patient and thorough in answering my many questions. She anticipated my needs and was considerate of the fact that I am 80 years old and tire easily . For example selling buying and moving required a lot of E/ signing I was not familiar with , she helped me through the process and made sure I understood the documents I was signing. From physically helping me stage my home for sale to communicating with the buyer to arrange pick up of precious family photos the mover left behind she worked tirelessly to make sure the whole process went well. Communications were excellent she was always available and answered quickly when I called ,texted ,or e/mailed. She was very knowledgable about the market in my home’s area. The result of all her hard work was that my home sold for a very good market compatible price. Thank you Jorie I would gladly recommend Jorie to anyone looking for a great home sale agent ! Sincerely, Karen Resch

We had a great experience as first time home buyers. Jorie is very knowledgeable and genuine. She helped us every step of the way which made a huge difference during the closing process. I will recommend her to my friends and family!

We’ve worked with Jorie for years, and she recently handled the sale of our home with absolute expertise. She put together a brilliant strategy that generated a massive amount of traffic right away—we started showings on Thursday and Friday, hosted an open house on Saturday, and had multiple offers on the table by Sunday. Jorie managed all the offers seamlessly and kept the entire process completely stress-free. She made what could have been a chaotic weekend feel incredibly easy, organized, and successful. We cannot recommend her enough!
